Tasting Note

Sight: Beautiful reddish-brown color with copper reflections.

Smell: Perfumed, persistent and sweet bouquet. Intense spicy nose which perfectly distinguishes vanilla and cinnamon bouquets on a whole herbal base. We can feel sage, chlorophyll and rosemary dabs. Also, we can feel the slight licorice dabs.

Taste: It is sweet and clean. Rich spicy sensations such as vanilla and cinnamon, which confirm what we have already feel on the nose: tasty memories of wild herbs, highlighting above all chamomille and pennyroyal on a herbaceous background of laurel and coriander. Extensive aftertaste that gives us a good memory of endless nuances.

Preparation

It is prepared with a selection of wines and aromatic plants following the traditional formula. For decades, it has given its characteristic flavor and bouquet.
