Preparation

Born in Veneto and its secret recipe has remained intact throughout the years and that's what makes it tremendously peculiar. Recommendation for an excellent aperitif: fill a wine glass with ice, mix 3 parts of Prosecco D.O.C/Sparkling wine and 2 parts of Aperol, add 1 part of soda and decorate with an orange slice. Aperol will be your perfect moment for a good aperitif with snacks or tapas because they perfectly fit. Nowadays, it's also serve alone for a party or a long brunch.
