Smell: On the nose, it brings liquorice bouquets, and citrus and clove dabs.
Taste: On the palate, very smooth and sweet entry with a light and persistent after-taste. It has a well-achieved bitterness point.
Preparation
Vermouth made of white wine with Macabeo and Xarel·lo. It's macerated with more than 50 extracts of herbs, flowers, botanicals and natural spices such as clove, cinnamon, vanilla, cadamom and bitter orange. After fortifying the wine, a caramel dab is added and then it rests for 1 or 2 months in barrels with soleras.
